Directed by Chad Michael Murray, News of Peyton's (Hilarie Burton) condition spreads like wildfire through Tree Hill. Brooke (Sophia Bush) tries to suss out Julian's intentions. Mouth (Lee Norris) and Millicent (Lisa Goldstein) strive to keep their relationship going. Meanwhile, Lucas and Peyton sitter Jamie and his friend, when Nathan and Haley spend a night together.

In this episode, "A Hand to take hold of the scene." Peyton Brooke revealed that she was pregnant. Lucas confirmed that Peyton Haley was pregnant. Nathan and Haley said Sam accidentally let Julian. Brooke and Julian have a reunion date of business at all, and they kiss!

Peyton and Lucas see Jamie and Andre. They are very tired at the end of the night. Chase and Mia double date with Nathan and Haley. Mia and Chase share a kiss at the end to confirm and a 2nd date.
